The school was established by founder and head instructor Randall Phillips, who directs curriculum implementation across both gi and no-gi grappling disciplines. Facility management and jiu-jitsu training are overseen by operations manager Coach Isaiah, with youth and adult instruction supported by Coach Ethan and Coach Chris. Training programs center on traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kodokan Judo, emphasizing leverage mechanics, defensive escapes, and positional control.
